Wire Stripping and Twisting Machines

Eastontech's wire-stripping and twisting machine range covers two complementary processes used in the preparation of coaxial and shielded cables. The rotary stripping line removes up to 9 cable layers (jacket, shield braid, foil, dielectric) in a single setup across a wide diameter span — from fine RF coaxial cable (OD 0.4mm) to heavy power and signal cable (OD 50mm) — using a motor-driven rotary cutter frame that cuts evenly around the cable circumference rather than pressing inward from one direction. The conductor twisting line consolidates stripped wire strands into a tight, uniform bundle before crimping or connector insertion, available as a dedicated digital twisting machine or integrated into combined strip-and-fold-back equipment for shielded cable end preparation.
