A: Inserting small, flexible silicone seals onto fine wire ends is incredibly difficult to do manually or with basic pneumatic machinery. The EW-22T utilizes a precision-engineered automatic feeding bowl paired with a dedicated mechanical seal-expanding tool. The machine gently expands the internal neck of the rubber seal, slips it onto the stripped wire to the exact programmed depth, and retracts, ensuring the seal remains completely undamaged and aligned perfectly for the subsequent terminal crimping step.
Q2: Can this machine be used for standard terminal crimping if my current batch does not require seals?
A: Yes, absolute versatility is a core design element of the EW-22T. If a production run only requires standard double-ended stripping and crimping without weatherproofing, the operator can simply enter the touchscreen HMI software and toggle the sealing function to off. The automatic seal-feeding track will pause, allowing the machine to function purely as a high-speed dual-end crimping station without requiring any physical teardown of the sealing module.
