● Utilizing UV laser printing technology, the printed fonts are clear, waterproof, and oil-resistant, capable of printing on heat-shrink tubes in various colors (white, red, blue).
● Automatically print heat shrink tube labels via software with customizable characters. Simultaneously achieve multi-channel printing of different labels. Supports printing from imported Excel files and document storage for user convenience.
● The printing channel adopts an adjustable positioning fixture, compatible with 0-40 different sizes of heat shrink tubing for printing.
● The printer utilizes UV light source printing technology, ensuring clear, waterproof, and oil-resistant prints. It can print on heat shrink tubing in various colors (white, red, blue, etc.), meeting diverse process requirements.
● Compared to traditional carbon ribbon printers, laser printing's biggest advantage is the elimination of consumables, significantly reducing user costs and delivering a true "one-time investment, lifetime benefit."
● Printing speed example (10mm segment length): With all 6 channels operating, production capacity reaches 8,000-12,000 pieces/hour.
