Fully Automatic Double Side Crimping and Single Side Housing Insertion Machine

Model EW-8220 is a fully automatic one-head terminal crimping and housing insertion and one head tin soldering machine designed for efficient and precise processing of wire harnesses. It supports 8 colors of wires by default, with the color sequence and usage settings adjustable through the program. The machine is ideal for high-volume production environments where accuracy and reliability are essential.

● Flip separation system for non-conformity parts to achieve 100% segregation from conformity to nonconformity.
