Feature
EW-50F is suitable for 30#-16# multi-core wires (sheathed wires, flexible cables, etc.) but not twisted wires.
● Peeling length depends on core count: 4-core (OD<1.3mm) needs 30mm, +2.5mm per extra core; >20-core (OD<1.3mm) requires >70mm and two-step processing.
● Cables/parallel wires can be forked (per above lengths) with front trimming (30mm before, <28.5mm after).
● Core wires can be terminated with/without stripping; 10-core (OD<1.3mm) allows one-step stripping and crimping.
● Controlled via a Chinese/English touch screen with auto/manual modes, storing 0-90 parameter sets for easy setup.
● Faults are traceable via I0 monitoring, with emergency stop and reset for safety.
