● The blade size, cutting length, slit depth, slit length, twisting speed, tinning depth, and glue coating depth are all CNC controlled.Quick switching; post-pull cutting to a fixed length, precise and consistent length, and rotary arm take-up.
● The tool holder is a grinding screw double guide rail servo, which sucks and blows the rubber to make it clean; it rotates back and forth with a precision screw double guide rail servo.
● The knife holder, peeling rotation, rear end translation and air clamp are all hard and finely ground parts with long service life.
● Built-in abnormal signal monitoring indicator light, easy to check faults at a glance.
