Feature
●This machine is designed for inserting waterproof grommets into Fakre composite multi-core wires used in industrial control electronics and automotive applications, as well as communication video Ethernet cables, large-gauge power battery cables, and coaxial cables.
●This machine is specially developed for the automatic insertion of grommets into the aforementioned wires, either before or after stripping, featuring an enlarged and extended semi-automatic grommet insertion mechanism.
●Due to the expansion, contraction, and irregularity of rubber or silicone grommets, processing them is challenging. This machine automates feeding and ensures precise insertion, significantly improving the speed and efficiency of waterproof grommet installation.
●When dealing with waterproof grommets of different sizes, simply replace the corresponding track to accommodate them.
