● Supports multi-wire single-line double-end crimping and tin dipping; features motorized electric twisting, with universal rear stripping clamps—no need to change clamps for different wire lengths.
● Integrates wire splitting, cutting and stripping, front and rear crimping, rear-end twisting, and tin dipping in one machine.
● Touchscreen interface with digital quick-switch control for blade depth, cut/strip length, insulation length, twist tension and speed, and tin-dipping depth.
● Rear-pull fixed-length wire feeding and cutting mode ensures precise wire splitting and stripping length, resulting in neater wire arrangement.
● Front and rear-end movement and stripping adopt servo dual linear guides for high precision stopping, ensuring consistent stripping and crimping quality; tin dipping uses servo planetary reduction for stable performance.
● The blade holder adopts precision ground ball screw, dual linear guides, and servo drive. Equipped with a suction-and-blow mechanism that removes insulation cleanly while protecting inner cores.
● Both front and rear crimping units use 2-ton cast-iron high-precision terminal presses with wear-resistant precision guide rails; supports both horizontal and vertical die cutting with waste discharge function.
● Key components such as the blade holder, linear motion modules, and pneumatic clamps are made of hardened, corrosion-resistant precision parts—delivering high efficiency and long service life.
● Built-in electronic circuit error monitoring with indicator lights—faults are clearly displayed for easy troubleshooting.
