● The EW-05F+3 is a versatile cut and strip machine for multi-core cables (max. 11 cores) and multi-stranded single wire up to 30 mm square.
● Powered by hybrid servo motor, the productivity is maximized to 600 pcs./h (400 pcs./h multi-core cable).
● Uni-V jacket stripping blades (optional radius blades for special jacket material).
● Uni-flat core wire blades for max. 11 core wires (optional teeth blades for rubber insulation).
● Enhanced feeding force, highly precise feed length as per program set with 0.1 mm increment and no scratch mark on wire insulation/jacket guarantee.
● The left and right roller set gap is freely set on PLC touch screen to auto change the roller gap and roller pressure, no need manual adjustment.
● Optional add-on: pre-feeder, middle strip (window strip) module, twist module, conveyor with stacker, coiler, ink-jet printer, industrial control system (ICS).

A: Instead of using mechanical handwheels or manual trial-and-error knob adjustments, operators enter exact roller gap and pressure values on the 7-inch PLC touchscreen. These settings can be saved in job programs for rapid, repeatable batch setups.
Q2: Can the EW-05F+3 strip outer jackets without crushing or scuffing delicate wire insulation?
A: Yes. The machine uses a belt-feeding system combined with a 16-roller drive mechanism, distributing clamping force over a larger surface area to prevent jacket indentation marks and slippage on smooth PVC or rubber sheaths.
