It supports conductor cross-sections from 2.5mm² to 120mm² and can stably strip 2 to 10 inner cores, covering most specifications of industrial sheathed multi-core wires.
● This machine delivers ultra-high cutting precision with a tolerance lower than 0.002×L. The cutting length ranges from 1mm to 99999.9mm, fully adapting to ultra-short and ultra-long cable production requirements. It supports both full stripping and half stripping modes, providing flexible solutions for different harness manufacturing standards.
● Equipped with a 24-wheel synchronous driving system and precision servo tool holder, the machine adopts stable belt feeding structure to ensure smooth feeding without damaging thick cable jackets or inner copper cores. Built-in 100 groups of parameter memory allows one-click recipe switching, greatly reducing model change time and improving production consistency.
