The EW-05F+ uses a servo motor with 16-roller drive system — significantly more contact points than the 4- or 6-roller systems on conventional cable strippers. On multi-conductor sheathed cables (OD 8–18mm), the additional rollers distribute clamping force evenly across the cable diameter, preventing the longitudinal slippage and feed-length errors that under-powered roller systems produce on heavy, flexible cable jackets. Roller gap and pressure are set digitally on the 7-inch PLC touchscreen in 0.1mm increments — no manual mechanical adjustment required.
● Belt Feed with Pressure Stripping — No Jacket Surface Marks
The belt-type feeding system contacts the cable across a wide surface area rather than through narrow roller wheels, distributing feed force evenly and preventing the jacket compression marks that roller-driven feeders leave on PVC and TPE-jacketed cables. The integrated pressure stripping function applies controlled blade contact force during the stripping stroke — maintaining consistent strip quality across the full 0.75–30mm² conductor range without operator adjustment between different cable cross-sections.
