● This EW-9715 is a fully integrated automatic machine that combines wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, single-side shrinkable tube heating and wire tinning into one continuous workflow, ideal for standardized wire harness mass production.
● It is designed for wires with cross-section from 0.3mm² to 4mm². The cutting length ranges from 65mm to 9999mm, and the standard stripping length is 1mm to 15mm to meet diversified processing demands.
● The machine is equipped with high-precision servo motors for core cutting, stripping and wire feeding units to ensure stable operation and accurate processing. Servo motor configuration for the crimping unit is available as an optional upgrade.
● It supports 2T to 3T crimping force with standard 30mm stroke, and 40mm stroke can be customized. It is fully compatible with OTP terminal applicators for common terminal specifications.
● The shrinkable tube insertion length is 12-35mm and insertion diameter is 2.5-7.0mm, which fits most mainstream single-side heat shrink protection processes for electronic wires.
● The standard production capacity reaches 1600 to 2000 pieces per hour. Full automation greatly cuts down labor input and improves overall production efficiency for workshops.
● Built with a complete detection system to monitor air pressure, wire presence, terminal shortage and shrinkable tube abnormality, which alarms in time to reduce defective products and ensure production stability.
● It requires working air pressure of 0.55-0.7Mpa and supports universal AC110V/220V 50/60Hz power supply. The overall dimension is 1700*800*1800mm. CE and RoHS certified for global industrial use.
