Q1: Why is rotary cutting better than standard straight V-blades for multi-core cables?
A: Straight V-blades pinch and deform round cable jackets, which can cause uneven cut depth and risk nicking the internal wires or braided shielding. A rotary cutting head rotates 360 degrees around the stationary cable, scoring the outer sheath evenly at a precise depth for a clean, burr-free cut that peels away smoothly.
Q2: How does the EW-05F+R prevent scratching delicate cable jackets?
A: The machine replaces traditional hard steel rollers with a 16-roller belt feed drive. The wide surface area of the rubber belts distributes clamping pressure evenly over the cable body, providing high pulling force without leaving roller teeth indentations or surface scratches.
