Each finished wire end is cut to programmed length (8–9999mm, ±(0.2+0.02×L)mm tolerance), stripped 1–10mm, and crimped to 2.0T force — ready for direct board insertion, housing assembly, or further processing downstream.
Integrated printer module — in-line wire identification at production speed
The built-in printer unit applies identification markings — wire numbers, batch codes, date stamps, or custom label data — to each wire automatically during the production cycle, eliminating a separate post-crimp labelling station. This integrated approach ensures every crimped wire exits the machine already identified, directly supporting wire traceability requirements under IATF 16949, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and customer-specific wire harness standards. Print content and format are configurable via the machine's program file system.

The EW-22A+P monitors three critical process conditions in real time: wire run-out (detects end of wire reel before a misstrip occurs), low air pressure (prevents under-force crimping caused by supply pressure drop), and terminate error (identifies applicator misfire or terminal feed failure). On any fault condition, the machine halts automatically and displays the fault type on screen, enabling rapid diagnosis and restart without full-batch inspection.

All job parameters — wire length, strip length, crimp type, printer content, roller gap, and production count — are saved in addressable program file numbers.
