Q1: What are the strip length limits, and can they be modified?
A: Yes, via the English/Chinese LCD touch screen. You can dynamically program a head stripping length of 0-18mm and a tail stripping length of 0-20mm.
Q2: Can we use our existing terminal crimping molds with the EW-8285?
A: Easily. The 2.0T press system is highly adaptable and supports both 30mm and 40mm stroke applicators, fitting almost all universal side-feed and end-feed mini-dies.
Q3: How does the machine handle wrong or missing seal insertions?
A: The machine features smart error detection. If a seal is missing or air pressure drops below 0.4-0.6Mpa, it triggers a visual/audio alarm and auto-pauses to save copper materials.
Q4: Will the power connection work in my region out of the box?
A: Absolutely. We build the system with dual voltage compatibility (110V/220V) and pre-install your choice of a USA, European, or Chinese power cord plug before shipping.
